Striking 20th Century sectional plaster cast sculpture of a flayed figure, or L'Ecorché, after Jean Antoine Houdon.

Houdon was a master of human anatomy and his "L' Ecorché" is one of his most famous works.

This is an excellent plaster version, with great detail and attention paid to the figure's physicality. The outstretched arm is removable.

A classically styled statue that will look fantastic within all interiors.
