French 1920's copper apothecary sign.
Featuring beautiful curved lines of the intertwined snakes drinking from the chalice. This sign depicts the French copper caduceus which is the traditional symbol of Hermes depicting the entwined snakes and chalice or bowl of Hygiene (one of the symbols of pharmacy). The cup represents medicine while the snake represents health.
A wonderful statement piece that will look great within both classic and contemporary interiors.
