Superb quality pair of late 18th Century gilt bronze candlesticks.
These candlesticks are cast in a naturalistic form with bunches of grapes, flowing vines, and classical bases with acanthus scrolls and theatrical masks.
Original gilding is intact, enabling them to be of excellent quality. Circa 1780.
