Georgian Mahogany Serpentine Chest Of Drawers
Fine Georgian Cuban mahogany serpentine dressing chest of drawers.
The top of this chest features a lovely Cuban swirl grain with canted corners to each side.
The first drawer opens to reveal an arrangement of storage spaces that would have originally have stored ladies' hairbrushes or jewellery; also known as a dressing chest.
The crossbanded drawer fronts are lined with oak and retain their original brass swan neck handles. Stands on its original bracket feet.
It has great colour, patina, and grain throughout that elevates this super piece of Georgian furniture even further. Circa 1770.
