Pair of English Demi-Lune Tables
SKU
CO1419849
Pair of English 19th Century demi-lune tables.
These elegant tables rest on elegantly tapered legs that support a "half-moon" top. Demilune, or 'half-moon,' tables originated in France, particularly popular with Louis XVI and Neoclassical designs. They were often made from mahogany, satinwood, or walnut.
This pair is simplistically designed and is later modified with black paint.
These tables can be arranged to form one circular table which can be either placed against a wall or be used as a center table within a hallway or social space.
