Pair of George III mahogany elbow chairs with ebony banding and ebonised inlay.
The turned top rail has ebony bands above shaped, vertical splats. Scroll arms on turned arm supports. Having drop-in seat pads and raised on square tapering legs with H-stretchers.
Circa 1790.
Excellent quality timber and lovely rich colour.
