Three large French 20th Century Castelnaudary terracotta pots.
These elegant planters feature the large lateral handles and vibrant green glaze that typifies pottery from Castelnaudary.
With just the right amount of wear to the glaze which exposes the warmly patinated terracotta underneath. One pot is missing one of its handle, which doesn't detract from their immense provincial charm.
These pots were glazed on the outside to protect against harsh climates. If soil is emptied, they are elevated to keep the drain holes open, and covered in winter then they can stay outdoors all year around.

Returned stock must be delivered to our warehouse within 14 days, in the same condition it left us. The cost to return will be equal to the original delivery cost and will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original delivery cost.
