Victorian Gothic Pine Console Table

Long Victorian pine Gothic school desk, originally from Chipping Camden.

This table is full of history, with its original inkwell holes and even words/ names scratched into one part of the surface. 

This table was clearly designed to withstand several unruly schoolchildren, with three cross-stretcher trestle supports and two longitudinal stretchers giving it durability. 

This piece would make a unique and characterful console or serving table and is perfect for achieving a rustic farmhouse look.
